There are 2 types of gaps for adjusting by riders’ requirement and road conditions.

Curved gap: comfortable riding and save gas.

Straight gap: racing riding, rpm reacts fast.

Aluminum material to be lighter than original secondary sliding sheave assy. reduced transmission inertia, increase in agility.

Special surface pattern to increase radiating area.

Need to maintain oil seal regularly.

Structure of aluminum secondary sliding sheave assy. is different from metal secondary sliding sheave assy. We suggest:

1.  Use original or NCY clutch housing.

2. For other brand housing, grind the case when needed.
