There are 2 types of gaps for adjusting by riders’ requirement.

Curved gap: comfortable riding and save gas.

Straight gap: racing riding, rpm reacts fast.

Aluminum material to be lighter than original secondary sliding sheave assy. with special pattern on the surface

Increase radiating area to extend lifespan. Change secondary sliding sheave assy. to increase speed changing stroke.

Make low speed power input early and extend end speed.

Need to maintain oil seal regularly.

This is increasing stroke product, so it needs more space for working, we suggest:

1. Use original or NCY clutch housing.

2. If using other brand housing, just grind it when it is needed.
